Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FennexFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Description of Service

FennexFlow provides a platform for sellers to create online stores, manage orders, process COD transactions, and track deliveries. Our service includes store creation, product management, order processing, and analytics tools.

Account Registration

To use our service, you must:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

Sell prohibited, illegal, or counterfeit products
Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Transmit malicious code or interfere with the service
Collect user data without consent

Payments and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly based on your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

Store Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to your store. By uploading content, you grant us a license to display and distribute it as necessary to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you upload.

Order Processing

You are responsible for fulfilling orders placed through your store. We facilitate order management and tracking but do not guarantee delivery outcomes. COD reconciliation data is provided for informational purposes.

Limitation of Liability

FennexFlow is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of Tunisia.
